When you place an order with Agri-Fabs.co.uk through our merchant PayPay, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ourselves containing a purchase order. Upon payment through PayPal a confirmation email will be sent to confirm that payment has been received. Your order will be manufactured (if required), packed and shipped upon this confirmation. For telephone payment, products will be manufactured (if required), packed and shipped only when payment has been made.
Orders placed through Agri-Fabs.co.uk will require you to enter your contact details only. These details are used only to contact you should we require further information about your order and to pass onto our freight forwarder for delivery. Agri-Fabs take no responsibility for shipping issues due to false details being left when placing an order.
Some products on our website are priced upon application (POA). Where this occurs, the price advertised online is £0.00. Customers are able to order a POA product online to generate a purchase order. Contact will be made by Agri-Fabs or by the customer to discuss individual requirements and a no obligation quotation provided with shipping fee.
Product Availability and Shipping
Some products available to purchase through Agri-Fabs.co.uk are manufactured to order. Shipping charges as shown on the website apply to the United Kingdom only. For overseas shipping, please contact us for a quotation.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping address postcode area. Charges may vary from region to region.
Collection from our business address is available. We will contact customers once their order is complete and ready for collection.
Right to Return
We guarantee all our products for one full season should mechanical and/or build defects occur. There is no charge for the return of faulty goods.
We accept returns of working products in an unused condition, within 28 days of purchase. Returned goods are charged at £20 per item plus the calculated carrier fee.

Once you place your order and payment has been received via PayPal your order will be treated with immediate urgency. Please contact us via email or phone for order status or view online in the 'my account' section of the website.
